Allison Madison, Principal
Allison is a trained facilitator and implementer of organization strategy, cash flow analysis, and operation issues in both manufacturing and service industries. She has extensive experience in analyzing operational processes in accounting, sales and operations, in addition to successfully leading merger and acquisition teams.
Her work with analyzing and segmenting customer groups, their requirements and implementing solutions has led to increased revenue and margin, improved supply chain and improved customer satisfaction. She has worked with CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, VPs and Managers to understand the issues they face in delivering effectively to their organizations. As an experienced professional, Allison is particularly skilled in helping management teams improve their day-to-day processes in operations, manufacturing, finance, logistics and various lines of business.
Allison's training as a blackbelt in six sigma, lean manufacturing, and kaizen gives her a unique perspective among both service and manufacturing companies. She is co-chair of the Wind/Solar Committee for the Center for Advanced Manufacturing of Puget Sound. She serves on the Board of the Edmonds Yacht Club, heads up the publicity committee, and is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Institute of Management Consultants, and the Evergreen Aqua Club.
