Ben Griner, Principal 
With more than 10 years in executive level leadership, Ben has demonstrated a unique ability to effect results. His work in the service and technology sectors has directly resulted in large market share gains, strong corporate growth, and effective leadership transitions. Ben’s extensive experience in process design and implementation strategies has enabled his clients to rapidly respond to market changes and to systematically grow and effect change within their corporate world.
Since founding PerSyst Consulting in 2005, Ben has engaged with a large group of clients across many business sectors, each experiencing unique business challenges. His work has ranged from successful business planning, business start-up management, self-funded growth strategies, cash flow development, corporate profitability planning and implementation, technology implementation, and complete customer excellence horizontal implementation.
With a primary focus on successful deployment of processes and strategy, Ben has focused much of his practice on the actual implementation of his work and the long term success of this work with his clients. It is because of this emphasis that Ben’s clients are able to demonstrate results that significantly outperforms the market and establishes new standards for the industries he engages.
In 2009, Ben earned the designation of Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a designation recognizing his expert position as a professional consultant and commitment to ethical practices in consulting. Fewer than one percent of practicing consultants have been awarded this prestigious designation. Furthermore, Ben was recently honored with the Brian Bell award for his exemplary contributions to the consulting profession in the Northwest.
An active leader in the Northwest business community, Ben serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Management Consultants Pacific Northwest Chapter (IMCPNW), as well as the Seattle Executives Association (SEA). In line with his commitment to continuous learning, he chairs the Experienced Consultant’s Roundtable and the Professional Development Committee for IMCPNW and the Ask-A-Pro Committee for the SEA.
