With more than 10 years in executive level leadership, Ben has demonstrated a unique ability to affect results.  His work in the service and technology sectors directly results in large market share gains, strong corporate growth, and effective leadership transitions.  Ben’s extensive experience in process design and implementation strategies enables his clients to rapidly respond to market changes and to systematically grow and effect change within their corporate world.

Since founding PerSyst Consulting in 2005, Ben has engaged with a large group of clients across many business sectors, each experiencing unique business challenges.  His work has ranged from successful business planning resulting in venture capital investment, business start-up management, self-funded growth strategies, cash flow development, corporate profitability planning and implementation, technology implementation, and complete customer excellence horizontal implementation. 

With a primary focus on successful deployment of processes and strategy Ben, has focused much of his practice on the actual implementation of his work and the long term success of this work with his clients.  It is because of this emphasis that Ben’s clients are able to demonstrate results that significantly outperforms the market and establishes new standards for the industries he engages.
