Crystal Springs Landscapes, Inc. is a growing, high-end residential and commercial landscaping business. Their business’s success brought on the need to hire.
The new employees were excellent, yet, adding new positions created new challenges the business owner couldn’t put his finger on. PerSyst Consulting was invited to troubleshoot and address the challenges.
Through a series of interviews and monitoring, it became clear that it was a workflow issue. A heavily-modified “job packet” system was quickly implemented to help internal communications, and a detailed customer-service process was also designed to train each employee how to move their customers happily through their process, start to finish.
Results: From improved internal moral to customer delight, the results have been significant. Crystal Springs Landscapes, Inc. has tripled company size and maintains employee retention twice that of industry standard.
