Client-centered success

Dragon Gardens Northwest is a direct importer and wholesale distributor of commercial pottery.  Eric wanted to focus on price-point determination, value statements, and sales strategy.

Our first step was to learn what kind of service Eric’s clients desire.  Once we completed our research, we developed an out-of-the-box approach to provide that type of service.  

Eric also adjusted pricing to allow for competitive value-based selling, as well as implementing a minimum order requirement.  Along with significantly increasing the average sale, this increased vendor sales, as it eliminated the feeling vendors had that Eric was their direct-sales competition.

 

Results: Over 12 months, Eric has increased gross profit per item by 35%, his average sales have doubled, and his sales volume has grown by 400%.
